Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of high-speed manufacturing experience preferred.
• Two years or more of supervisory experience required.
• General education or equivalent acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team works safely, following PPE, GMP and LOTO procedures.
• Review and manage processes to ensure quality in form, fit, function, and SQF manufacturing.
• Staff machines and personnel to maximize uptime and efficiency of completing work.
• Supervise staff: assign work, provide instruction, review output, and contribute to performance reviews.
• Track inventory levels and make procurement recommendations for supplies and parts.
• Provide ongoing oversight and training to increase knowledge, skills, and abilities.
