Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science/engineering/math).
• Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control to identify improvements and drive corrective actions.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to manufacturing teams and manage resources to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Develop and maintain work instructions from engineering blueprints with accurate interpretation of specs.
• Create and maintain SAP BOMs and routings to facilitate the manufacturing flow of space products.
