Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer I to optimize production processes, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on an on-site schedule.

You will review engineering drawings, certifications, and FAIR submissions to ensure quality and compliance, reporting to the Engineering Manager and contributing to DFMEA/PFMEA and APQP elements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical hardware used in aerospace components.
• Reading engineering drawings and assessing manufacturing capability.
• Excellent skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and certifications for FAIR submission
• Populate FAIR paperwork and submit
• Input inspection data into FAIR submissions
• Review Process Map, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and Process Capability Studies for FAIR
• Ensure quality and compliance of aerospace components
