Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking an Advanced Electronics Engineer to lead architecture, schematic design, and PCB layout for complex systems. You will drive component lifecycle management to withstand supply chain disruptions and EOL risks.

You will coordinate with mechanical, simulation, and ECAD teams, produce technical reports, and lead global cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑schedule NPIs. Hands-on lab setup for sensors and testing will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong background in digital and analog circuit design and EMI/EMC compliance.
• Experience with schematic capture, board layout, and manufacturing data generation.
• Experience in writing test strategies, plans, and cases for pre‑compliance and compliance testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, schematic design, and PCB layout of complex electronic systems.
• Own component lifecycle to mitigate supply chain disruptions and EOL risks.
• Coordinate detailed electronic design, verification testing, and cross‑functional interactions (mechanical, simulation, ECAD).
• Create technical reports, failure analyses, and progress reporting.
• Direct global, cross‑functional teams to deliver NPI projects on schedule.
• Set up test labs for sensors and related debugging activities.
