Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr. Advanced Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of electrical systems and components, advancing from prototype to market. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex hardware challenges.

You will engage with customers and project teams to ensure products meet specifications while aligning with TUV safety and Intrinsically Safe requirements for industrial automation solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 25 years of experience in electronic design and related fields.
• Subject matter expert in Intrinsically Safe design of electronic circuits
• Experience with TUV safety certification requirements and documentation
• Expert in power supply analysis, simulation, and design
• Experience with signal integrity measurements and simulation
• Experience with Honeywell Field Products Transmitter design and certification
• Experience with APL communication hardware layer circuit requirements and operation
• Experience P-Spice or Cadence software simulation package
• Experience with HC900 Modular Control System

• You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of industrial automation, sensing and control products by designing, testing and/or validating products/processes from prototype to market.
• You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs while acting as a mentor to more junior engineers.
