Job summary

Intuit’s Growth Technology team seeks a Senior Growth Technology Manager for AdTech to own signals, audiences, attribution, and MMP/CDP pipelines. You will partner with Credit Karma’s paid media teams to optimize ROAS, build AI-native tooling, and ship platform changes with swift incident responses.

You will drive end-to-end experiments, manage data flows between BigQuery, CDP, and ad platforms, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve ROAS and pipeline reliability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing technology or related technical roles with ownership of systems
• Advanced SQL/Python and pipelines in BigQuery or equivalent
• Hands-on MMP experience (Kochava, Branch, AppsFlyer) with attribution
• Experience delivering signals and CDP integration across ad platforms
• Shipped production AI or agentic automation tools
• Strong tag management (Google Tag Manager) and governance
• Experience managing >$500M/year in paid media spend across major platforms

Responsibilities

• Architect signal and audience strategy across paid stack and diagnose attribution issues
• Design and run paid marketing experiments end-to-end and scale outcomes
• Own MMP strategy and data flow standards linking BigQuery, CDP, and ad platforms
• Build internal AI tooling and automation for pipeline health, ticket triage, and reporting
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with clear processes and measurable team health metrics
