Job summary

Twitch, part of Amazon, is seeking a Strategy & Operations leader to drive growth in the Ads business by delivering strategic insights and ongoing operational support. You will work with Twitch Ads Product and Amazon Ad Sales teams, reporting to the Director of Strategy & Operations, and can be based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.

You will lead regular reviews with executives, partner with data/product teams, and manage multi-team initiatives to optimize monetization and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, and/or business operations.
• 2+ years of experience in advertising businesses and ad sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular business reviews with senior executives, synthesizing inputs and identifying trends.
• Lead go-to-market and operational initiatives; collaborate with data and product teams to size and prioritize opportunities.
• Coordinate multi-team projects with ad sales, ads product and other Twitch teams.
• Design, monitor and analyze business reports and performance dashboards.
• Contribute to monetization strategies, long-term plans, and resource allocation.
