Reddit, Inc. is seeking a visionary Sr. Director of Ads Product to own our advertiser platform end to end.

You will lead the team responsible for the Advertiser Platform, Campaign Management UI, API, and Business Suite, building the next generation tools that help brands scale spend and measure ROI within Reddit's community ecosystem. You will oversee the full advertiser journey from onboarding to multi-layered campaign orchestration, drive a 3-year roadmap, and grow a high-performing PM

Qualifications

Seasoned product leader with 10+ years in scaled ad platforms/systems.
Experience building and scaling consumer/ads products.
Proven ability to manage and scale PM teams of 10+ people.
Strong interpersonal skills for executive stakeholder alignment.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Define a 3-year roadmap and evangelize platform modernization with ML-driven recommendations.
Own the full advertiser lifecycle from onboarding to deep-funnel performance reporting.
Lead and scale a high-performing PM organization with technical excellence and user empathy.
Unify cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive advertiser interface and user experience.
Drive internationalization and agency-focused features to grow global market share.
