Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ads or ad-tech, incl. 4+ years in Ads domain.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising and digital marketing trends.
• Understanding of the full campaign lifecycle: pre-flight, in-flight, post-flight.
• Experience building first-party tools, APIs and services for media planning workflows.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build advertising systems and integrations powering ad delivery at scale.
• Collaborate with Ads Platform teams to enable planning, launch, monitoring and optimization of campaigns.
• Provide transparency on performance and actionable insights to users.
• Work with cross-functional partners to improve monetization and advertiser outcomes.
