Job summary

Netflix is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Ads Engineering team in the United States. You will lead and grow a high‑performing engineering team focused on campaign management systems and advertiser experiences across direct, programmatic, and self‑serve channels.

You will design scalable backend/frontend platforms on AWS with Java, Spring Boot, React, GraphQL, and Node.js, guiding architecture, delivery, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in people leadership of software teams.
• Experience designing large-scale ad tech or media platforms.
• Strong understanding of backend and frontend technologies and distributed systems.
