Job summary

Netflix is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive the Ads Campaign Management platform, enabling campaign setup, trafficking, and lifecycle management across direct, programmatic, and self-serve channels.

You will lead a cross-functional team, deliver scalable backend and frontend solutions on AWS, and leverage ML insights to optimize advertiser outcomes. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building campaign management systems used by ad operations teams, advertisers, and agencies.
• APIs and UIs that enable campaign creation, editing, flighting, targeting, and budget management.
• Data-driven insights to maximize advertiser outcomes and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ads Campaign Management platform and ensure on-time delivery across multiple sales channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, measurement and engineering to drive improvements.
• Build and monitor back-end and front-end systems on cloud architectures (AWS).
• Mentor and grow high-performing engineering teams and set technical direction.
