Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a data-driven measurement expert to demonstrate the effectiveness of Pinterest advertising for large NA Enterprise clients in Non-Retail sectors such as Health/Pharma, Entertainment, FinServ, and Tech. You will conduct in-depth studies using AI-assisted analytics and communicate insights to client audiences.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in digital ads measurement, strong statistical fundamentals, and the ability to work with Sales and Product teams to drive strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated digital ads measurement experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise with measurement concepts and underlying statistical fundamentals used in ads measurement (MMM, conversion lift, MTA, geo tests, brand lift).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data sources to insights.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Partner Measurement teams.
• Experience communicating complex measurement concepts to partners with varying sophistication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the effectiveness of Pinterest advertising for major NA Enterprise clients across Non-Retail verticals.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for strategic advertiser relationships for Non-Retail measurement.
• Conduct in-depth standard and custom research studies using internal and external measurement tools.
• Develop research to understand impact of Non-Retail marketing strategies on Pinterest's external thought leadership.
• Communicate complex results to non-technical client audiences and influence measurement thinking.
• Collaborate with Sales to deliver measurement-based recommendations and establish annual account strategy.
• Stay updated on current measurement approaches and technologies in Non-Retail industries.
