Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Adobe Consultant to lead a newly created leadership role in shaping marketing orchestration. You will partner with CMOs to unlock Adobe’s marketing automation and data capabilities and reimagine customer experiences using AI as a strategic multiplier.

As the senior Adobe strategist, you will guide end-to-end martech architectures, drive value across global brands, and lead cross-functional teams in high-impact engagements and presales activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital consulting or transformation at senior advisory/leadership level.
• Deep expertise in Adobe marketing automation and data ecosystem (AEP, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Campaign Analytics).
• Proven experience designing cross-channel personalized journeys and marketing activations using Adobe stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative engagements to drive marketing transformation with Adobe ecosystem.
• Attend discovery sessions to uncover business needs and align Adobe solutions with measurable impact.
• Advise CMOs and senior marketing leaders on technology strategy and data-driven personalization.
• Develop phased roadmaps aligned to client priorities and outcomes.
