Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience roles.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, and R; Tableau/Power BI experience.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients.
