Job summary

EY seeks an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join its Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Workfront Fusion and CJA to drive customer insights and marketing performance.

The role requires strong data analytics, visualization skills, and experience with Adobe CJA; travel and client interaction are expected. EY offers a hybrid work model and a broad total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 2–3 years of data analytics experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer journey analytics a plus.
• Passport and US driver’s license; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion and CJA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define scope.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on analytics best practices and mentor junior staff.
