Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Adobe CJA Developer Consultant to join the Marketing Transformation team in the United States. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to deliver actionable client insights and optimize marketing performance.

You will lead UI development across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, gather requirements, ensure data integrity, and create dashboards and reports. The role includes mentoring teammates and collaborating with clients to shape scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience domains.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R and data visualization software.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to provide insights on customer behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
