Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Adobe AEM expert to deliver full lifecycle implementations across large client engagements. You will bridge business strategy with technical execution, guiding design, implementation, and governance of AEM solutions while mentoring teams and partnering with clients.

Travel may be required as projects demand; a strong understanding of SDLC, WCM, and multi-stakeholder alignment is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of Adobe full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tactical deployment or re-launch of WCM applications.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; associate degree with 6 years acceptable.

Responsibilities

Plan and analyze content management activities and guide AEM design and implementation.
Advise on AEM solution design to align with business goals.
Bridge business and technical teams during development to clarify requirements.
Recommend AEM best practices for digital strategy and governance.
Oversee Adobe Assets and Analytics setup and configurations.
Drive integration of Adobe tools with third-party applications.
Identify feasibility and surface gaps and issues across programs.
Lead governance procedures, requirements, designs, and workflows for publishing.
Mentor team members and maintain client relationships.
