Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking an experienced Adobe AEM specialist to lead web content management initiatives across multi-client engagements. You will bridge business strategy with technical execution to deliver scalable AEM solutions.

The role includes analyzing requirements, guiding design and implementation, overseeing integration with Adobe Marketing Cloud, and mentoring team members while aligning with governance and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Adobe full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the tactical deployment or re-launch of WCM (Web Content Management) applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years); Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of content management activities and guide design, implementation, or improvement of AEM applications.
• Provide functional design recommendations to ensure business intent is understood by the project team.
• Act as bridge between business teams and technical resources during development and implementation.
• Offer AEM best practice insights to drive governance and global strategy decisions.
• Maintain understanding of application architecture (Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, Load Balancing, CDN, security).
• Outline pros/cons of AEM solutions and drive forward-looking business use cases.
• Provide oversight for Adobe Assets and Analytics configurations.
• Drive integration of Adobe tools with third-party applications.
• Identify feasibility and surface gaps, communicating risks clearly.
• Serve as SME for integration points, workflows, content authoring, and run management.
