Job summary

Capgemini in New York, NY seeks an Adobe AEM Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale digital experience platforms. You will own AEM architectures, integrate with CRM/e-commerce, and drive scalable, secure deployments.

You will mentor teams, run architecture workshops, and collaborate with pre-sales to craft compelling solutions for large clients in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including Sites and Assets.
• Experience designing scalable AEM architectures using Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, Java, REST APIs.
• Proven ability to integrate AEM with enterprise systems such as CRM and commerce.
• Experience leading architecture workshops and mentoring development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture discussions and craft solution blueprints for enterprise AEM deployments.
• Drive performance optimization, security, and deployment automation at scale.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape proposals and solutions.
