Job summary

Aptino is seeking an experienced Adobe AEM Architect in Charlotte, NC, to design, implement, and guide enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager. The role emphasizes AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Cloud Service, with extensive integration to CRM, e-commerce, and Adobe Experience Cloud.

You will lead architecture workshops, develop blueprint documents, and drive CI/CD and deployment automation.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Advanced understanding of Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, and REST APIs.
• Proven experience designing enterprise integrations with CRM, e-commerce, and third-party systems.
• Background in CI/CD, DevOps, deployment automation, and cloud-based AEM implementations.
• Experience leading architecture reviews, creating solution blueprints, and providing technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement scalable AEM architectures for large enterprise platforms.
• Design solutions using Apache Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, Java, REST APIs.
• Establish architecture standards and technical frameworks for performance and reliability.
• Lead architecture and solution-design workshops with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed solution blueprints, integration designs, and roadmaps.
• Review existing AEM solutions and recommend improvements for security and performance.
• Design and oversee integrations between AEM and CRM, e-commerce, and other enterprise apps.
• Drive CI/CD and deployment automation for AEM environments using DevOps practices.
• Ensure security, access control, and enterprise governance in AEM implementations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AEM developers.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, and product teams to deliver AEM solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities with technical presentations and estimates.
