Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Adobe AEM Architect to lead web content management initiatives across large client engagements in the United States. This role spans planning, design, and implementation of AEM solutions, ensuring business outcomes are achieved through technology and governance.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, promote best practices, and guide multi-channel digital delivery while mentoring peers and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Adobe full lifecycle implementation experience.
• 3+ years deploying or relaunching WCM applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze content management activities and guide design/implementation of AEM apps.
• Advise on AEM solution design to align with business intent.
• Bridge business and technical teams during development to clarify requirements.
• Provide AEM best practices for global digital strategy and governance.
• Understand Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, and security layers.
• Define governance, designs, and workflows for publishing web content.
• Lead content migration planning and multi-channel integration.
• Mentor team members and nurture client relationships.
