Job summary

Success Education Colleges (SEC) is a family of institutions offering health care training programs for over 58 years. The Master Admissions Rep is responsible for all phases of the Admissions process, presenting the campus and programs to prospective students and enrolling qualified individuals with integrity and ethics.

The role handles intake and evaluation of applicants, adheres to policies, and requires effective communication with prospective students.

Qualifications

• Must stay current on program offerings.
• Demonstrated skills in facilitating and modeling excellent customer service.
• Ability to interact constructively with colleagues and supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Present campus and programs to prospective students.
• Enroll qualified individuals into education programs.
• Handle intake, processing, evaluation, and determinations of applicants.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Provide high level of customer service to prospective students.
• Call internet and website inquiries; follow up on all inquiries.
• Input activity into database management system timely and accurately.
• Represent campus at events and trainings.
• Work some evenings and Saturdays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
