Job summary

Success Education Colleges seeks a Master Admissions Rep to manage all admissions phases, present programs to prospective students, and enroll qualified individuals into our education programs.

Role requires handling intake, processing, evaluation, and determinations of applicants, with flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays while upholding ethics and company policies.

• Demonstrated computer literacy skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Communicate effectively with prospective and future students.
• Provide highest level of customer service to prospective students.
• Call all Internet and website inquiries.
• Assist High School department in calling High school inquiries.
• Continually follow-up on all inquiries (phone, mail, internet).
• Screen potential applicants by phone and set up campus interviews.
• Input all activity into database management system accurately.
• Submit required reports and projects timely.
• Take part in campus, departmental, and company events.
• Represent the campus accurately and uphold company values.
