Qualifications

• Requires strong sales background with customer service experience.
• Previous admissions or post-secondary college experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Presents campus programs to prospective students.
• Enrolls qualified individuals into education programs.
• Maintains inquiry tracking and follows up with leads.
• Coordinates with Financial Aid and admissions documents.
• Provides superior customer service via phone, email, text, and in person.
