Alpha School in the Bay Area is hiring a founder-level admissions sales lead who will build demand outside the building. You will identify and engage families, preschool and feeder-school partners, and create compelling reasons to enroll.

You will staff events, manage waitlists, and represent a growing private school. The role blends outreach with selective admissions, requiring data-driven conversations and resilience in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience in a fundraising/admissions context.
• Proven ability to develop preschool and feeder-school partnerships.
• Strong networking and community engagement skills.
• Ability to present data-driven arguments to families.

Responsibilities

• Generate demand via preschool and feeder-school relationships, community partnerships, and local events.
• Manage referrals from families you have earned and maintain a waitlist.
• Tell a family 'no' when the model is wrong for their child.
• Be the founding local face of a campus, with substantial time spent outside the building.
• Meet growth targets and contribute to the campus brand in a competitive market.
