Westover School, located in Middlebury, CT, seeks an Associate Director of Admission to lead recruitment for an assigned territory, cultivate relationships with families and educational partners, and contribute to all aspects of the admissions process.

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management, the role requires initiative, strong interpersonal skills, extensive travel, and the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, student-centered environment.

Formación

• Mid-level recruitment experience at an independent boarding school is required.
• Experience developing new recruitment markets or growing enrollment in an assigned territory is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with families, schools, educational consultants, and community organizations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and technological skills.
• Experience with database management systems; familiarity with Blackbaud K–12 is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Travel extensively to represent Westover at events, conferences, and recruitment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a sophisticated recruitment calendar aligned with enrollment priorities.
• Interview prospective students and families and serve as an ambassador for Westover's mission.
• Participate in admission decisions and contribute to enrollment strategy discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of interviews and recruitment activities in the admission database.
