• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in selective admissions or related field.
• Experience with student recruitment, including travel.
• Experience with application evaluation, including committee involvement.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Proven project management ability in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity.
• Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office; ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio of admissions work including communications, data analysis, outreach, and events.
• Participate in application review and selection processes; lead committees when needed.
• Serve as on-campus point-of-contact for visitors and families, counselors, and the public.
• Collaborate with campus partners on data and project-based initiatives.
• Coordinate with external partners to support office-wide goals.
• Conduct information sessions and workshops on- and off-campus; contribute to staff training.
• Directly supervise 1-4 professional staff and participate in Management Team.
• Complete other projects and duties as assigned.
