Job summary

Tufts University’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions seeks an experienced Associate Director of Admissions, Recruitment to lead domestic recruitment and enrollment efforts. You will manage staff, coordinate events, and partner with campus and external stakeholders to achieve annual goals.

You will conduct information sessions, oversee selection processes, and travel frequently to engage prospective students and families across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years in selective admissions or related field.
• Excellent communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
• Proven project management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to travel domestically and work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and select students to meet enrollment objectives for Tufts University.
• Oversee recruitment portfolio including events, travel plans, and staff training.
• Participate in application review and selection committees as needed.
• Coordinate with external partners and campus stakeholders on data-driven initiatives.
• Deliver information sessions and workshops on-campus and off-campus.
