Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; substitution allowed year-for-year.
• Five years of progressive experience in admissions, enrollment management, or high-level consultative recruitment.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding enrollment targets and managing complex applicant scenarios.
• Experience in a lead or mentor capacity, guiding peers and improving team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full student recruitment lifecycle, conducting outreach and admissions interviews from inquiry to matriculation.
• Provide peer coaching and onboarding support to new Enrollment Counselors to ensure consistency and high outreach standards.
• Collaborate with Admissions leadership on performance monitoring and training materials; potential for Admissions Manager within 6–8 months.
• Serve as subject matter expert on specialized programs and complex admissions requirements; resolve high-priority inquiries.
