As a senior member of the Admissions team, you will mentor peers, optimize outreach strategies, and coordinate information sessions and webinars, with occasional on-campus requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of progressive experience in admissions or enrollment management.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students from inquiry through matriculation.
• Provide peer coaching and onboarding guidance to new Enrollment Counselors.
• Coordinate information sessions, webinars, and yield events to drive engagement.
• Track pipeline activities and maintain CRM data to optimize conversion.
• Collaborate with Admissions leadership on training and strategic initiatives.
