Job summary

Wake County Public School System seeks a Senior Administrator-Dispute Resolution to provide leadership on complex education guidance for students with disabilities. You will support SES leadership, coordinate IEP meetings, and ensure compliance with state and federal policies across the district.

The role involves data monitoring, professional development, and collaboration with principals, teachers, and staff to improve outcomes for students with disabilities across Wake County.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Five years of teaching/related experience preferred.
• Must hold NC Professional Educator’s License or be eligible to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Supports SES leadership by guiding schools on special education policy implementation.
• Collects and reports data findings to NCDPI and WCPSS offices.
• Coordinates with schools to facilitate IEP meetings and respond to parent concerns.
• Monitors timelines for dispute resolution processes and coordinates with Board attorneys.
