Inteplast Group is seeking a Sr. Administrative Coordinator to bridge office and warehouse operations in Seguin, TX.

You will oversee administrative tasks while coordinating forklift drivers and material handlers, ensuring safe, efficient warehouse activities and accurate purchasing support. The role requires organizing and leading cross-functional work, managing schedules, training logistics, and maintaining vendor relationships to optimize costs and inventory.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in administrative, coordination, or operations roles.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments preferred.
• Proven purchasing, procurement, or vendor management experience.
• Familiarity with forklift safety and OSHA basics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules and task assignments for warehouse staff, including shift coverage.
• Track operator certifications and ensure safety training is current.
• Oversee onboarding and training for warehouse personnel in collaboration with management.
• Monitor safety protocols and OSHA compliance; escalate issues as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling conflicts and operational concerns.
• Coordinate workflow between warehouse and other departments for receiving, put-away, and fulfillment.
• Source, order, and track materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and track delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts/overstock.
• Process purchase orders, match invoices, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Maintain purchasing records and vendor files; support budgeting and cost-tracking.
