Job summary

Inteplast Group Corporation ITCL Extrusion/Operations is seeking a Forklift Driver to move items requiring a forklift and support production lines. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1-5 years of experience, and a valid forklift certification.

Expect a noisy indoor environment and the need to assist the shift supervisor as needed. Responsibilities include moving goods to the stretch-wrap machine, emptying and stocking bins, changing propane tanks, inspecting forklift safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience is preferred.
• Maintain a valid forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Move finished product to the stretch-wrap machine for shipment.
• Remove full scrap bins and replace with empty bins.
• Stock empty cartons on line as needed.
• Empty trash bins as needed and at shift end.
• Adjust rolls at unwind stand as needed.
• Stock pallets on line as needed.
• Weight bad scrap and dirty resin.
• Pull cylinders for setup crew as needed.
• Change propane tanks daily.
• Inspect forklift for safety devices and sound mechanical condition.
• Assist Shift Supervisor with other forklift tasks to complete work.
