Job summary

EY is seeking an Administrative Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, in a hybrid work setting. The role focuses on building strong relationships with 450+ PPMDDs, managing expectations, and driving process improvements across administrative services.

You will collaborate with near-shore and onshore teams, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience with complex projects or people management.
• Experience with MS Office, dashboards and data storytelling through metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with PPMDDs and stakeholders.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or risk exposures.
• Improve administrative processes and service delivery across the organization.
• Coordinate with near-shore and onshore teams to enhance efficiency.
