The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 6–8 years of related experience, and strong MS Office/dashboard capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience, including project and people management.
• Experience with MS Office, dashboards, and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand administrative needs.
• Act as main contact with PPMDDs and coordinate with nearshore/onshore management.
• Identify risks, address issues, and improve administrative processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all interactions.
• Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support.
• Communicate feedback, updates, and problem solving regularly.
