Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the Deans' calendars, manage appointments, and provide briefing materials.
• Create, manage, and deliver high-quality work for on-demand special projects.
• Assist with planning and execution of signature events with the events team.
• Manage the Office of Undergraduate Education communications calendar and messages.
• Support Moody Undergraduate Education staff and students.
• Other related duties as assigned
