Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and distributes incoming mail and processes outgoing mail.
• Coordinates procurement and organization of supplies.
• Schedules meetings and events; may arrange catering and setup.
• Greets and directs visitors to the office building.
• Inputs data into systems and audits records for accuracy.
• Assists with special projects and planning/execution.
• Coordinates technology needs including new hire setup and access requests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
