POSITION SUMMARY:

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is seeking a Senior Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team. As the leading organization dedicated to finding a cure for cystic fibrosis, we are committed to improving the lives of people with CF and their families. The Senior. Administrative Manager ensures efficient and compliant chapter operations related to administrative, financial, and program requirements. They oversee projects and ensure audit processes are followed. They may support multiple chapters, providing administrative and compliance oversight. They communicate and raise awareness about CF and the work of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Oversee and ensure that the chapter(s) administrative functions are carried out by providing administrative support to the chapter(s) staff ensuring compliance with CFF policies.
  • Reconcile monthly profit and loss statement.
  • Oversee compliance with content, logo, and branding guidelines.
  • Assist with year-end projection reporting and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with development staff to secure and submit venue contracts and permits for events, and creation of event materials.
  • Train, manage and assist with onboarding of staff and volunteers.
  • Lead directives related to logistics, operations, communications, and social media.
  • Serve as expert and point person collaborating to train other field staff on systems and databases.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in financial management and administrative operations.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet multiple deadlines, manage projects and timelines, and stay organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with social media and communication platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:


  • Reports to the Area Director. No direct reports.


WORKING CONDITIONS:


  • Work nights and weekends, as necessary.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to meetings or events.
  • Sitting, bending, reaching, and walking.
  • Some heavy lifting may be required.

The salary range is $60,900.00 to $76,200.00. Specific salary varies based on geographic location and is commensurate with experience.
