Intermountain Healthcare seeks a Senior Administrative Coordinator to support the HRPP and IRB programs, coordinating calendars, meetings and communications across stakeholders. You’ll work with investigators, study teams and leaders to advance compliance and efficiency in research operations.

The hybrid role requires on-site presence about 3 days per week at the Transformation Center in Murray, UT, with two remote days. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience supporting a director, multiple managers or functional area in an office setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience managing calendars, correspondence, travel/expenses, and both remote and in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative and operational functions across IRB, Research Integrity and COI programs.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, track initiatives and support payroll and operations.
  • Act as liaison with investigators, study teams and organizational leaders; supervise other coordinators if needed.
