Job Summary: Provides administrative support to the Chief of Accountability for the smooth and efficient operation and delivery of academic and educational services to staff and students.

Salary Range: $50,139 - $69,100

Essential Functions:

The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership. Responsibilities include managing communication, organizing office functions, coordinating meetings, handling sensitive data, and assisting with state and federal program documentation, nonpublic school processes, and related tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a high level of organization.

  • Communication & Correspondence Management: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; respond to and redirect emails; open, process, and distribute incoming mail; prepare, type, and maintain reports, forms, correspondence, and memos; greet visitors professionally; interact diplomatically with stakeholders; assist in drafting, routing, and researching correspondence; take and distribute meeting notes; assist with special projects.
  • Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Manage the supervisor’s appointment calendar; schedule and coordinate meetings; assist with developing meeting agendas and collecting agenda items from departments.
  • Document Management & Data Organization: Establish and maintain filing systems; collect, organize, and prepare reports; assist with federal and state program documentation; manage large data sets for reporting; ensure compliance with record management standards; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Technology & Office Management: Use computer skills for database access, spreadsheets, and forms; ensure office supplies are stocked; address minor malfunctions; process reimbursements and supply orders.
  • Coordination & Other Duties: Coordinate work assignments of administrative staff; perform other duties as assigned in accordance with policies, regulations, and laws.
