Job description

About the Role:

This is a remote role. The person in this position will be responsible for processing marketing contracts for dealership customer retention programs and supporting the National Account Manager (NAM).

Qualified Candidates Need:
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new software quickly and comfortably work with various programs.
  • 1-2 years of administrative assistance or customer service experience.
  • Clear professional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to type 30 WPM, and strong organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player who takes initiative.
  • Dealership marketing experience is a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Complete advanced administrative tasks, including understanding and processing contracts, proofing campaigns, and submitting orders accurately.
  • Prepare Market Evaluations used as sales tools.
  • Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned by the department head or supervisor.
  • Verify database information, gather additional client information, and ensure accurate data entry/use.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Sales Team, proof campaigns, and submit orders accurately.
Job Requirements:
  • Follow processes and instructions provided verbally or in documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Maintain a professional image through phone and email communication, adhering to proper etiquette.
  • Gain a high-level understanding of our company's products, especially in Automotive Industry Marketing.
