Base pay range

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic Business Development team within the Investment Banking division. This role requires a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a liaison between the business development team and clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, roadshows, investor events, and conference calls, including logistics, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format presentations, pitch books, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Pipeline Tracking: Assist in maintaining CRM systems and tracking business development activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration: Support cross-functional coordination with marketing, legal, compliance, and other internal departments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in investment banking, private equity, or a similar high-pressure financial services environment.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
