As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Partners and Managers, assisting with calendar management, paperwork processing, event coordination, meal planning, and general office support.

Job Responsibilities Include:
  1. Analyze, maintain, and regularly disperse monthly project due date lists.
  2. Follow up on meetings and confirm with managers that tasks are addressed by due dates.
  3. Monitor staff and managers' workflows to ensure work progress.
  4. Participate actively in team meetings and activities.
  5. Communicate with clients via email and phone calls.
  6. Handle special projects and reports as requested.
  7. Provide backup support to other department admins.
  8. Perform various other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support to a public accounting firm.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong documentation, project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects and responsibilities.
  • Professional demeanor with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective interaction and communication with all levels of management and clients.
  • Ability to work independently when required.
