The Administrative Analyst provides quality assurance and analytical support for the Logistics department, leveraging systems such as CareConnect, Workday, Lawson, AIS, WMS, and Microsoft Office to perform financial analysis, track performance metrics, and generate operational reports. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations, resolving order fulfillment issues, producing vendor backorder reports, and ensuring data accuracy across clinical and procedural areas. The analyst also coordinates logistics projects, develops timelines, and acts as a liaison between multiple stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, materials management experience, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Salary Range: $32.95-$67.53/hr
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in analytics, materials management, and warehouse operations
Proficiency with Lawson Infor, Workday, Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer service focus
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure
Experience with project coordination, change management, and process improvement
Familiarity with UC Sustainable Practices and Procurement Policies
Knowledge of materials management systems and logistics workflows
Comfortable working in varied environments and using company vehicles for deliveries
