Job description

We are seeking a skilled Captiva Application Admin Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the optimization and support of critical business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal teams utilizing the Captiva Opentext application.
• Act as the liaison between the organization and Opentext, ensuring effective communication of requirements and issue resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain the Captiva Opentext software within the IT infrastructure.
• Customize the application to meet specific organizational needs, including writing or modifying code for integrations and features.
• Keep the application updated with patches and new releases while performing routine maintenance for optimal performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to application setup, configurations, and user guides.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the Captiva application with existing systems for seamless operations.
• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the application.
• Continuously monitor application performance and implement optimizations as needed.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of systems, networks, and administration.
• Experience with OpenText Intelligent Capture/Captiva v23.x or greater.
• Proficiency in configuring Captiva Modules Designer, Administrator, and related tools.
• Solid programming skills in C#, .Net, and modern scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps and delivery tools such as GitHub.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and unit testing strategies.
