Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in youth programming and military family program experience.
• Must pass CNACI background check incl. FBI and state checks.
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop statewide youth curriculum and annual program of events (camps, symposiums, retreats, etc.).
• Recruit, train, and manage a state-level adult volunteer team to support Guard youth events.
• Serve as adult lead sponsor for the state National Guard Youth Council.
• Market DoW child care fee assistance to families and manage community partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program for youth support during deployments.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, policies and regulations.
