Qualifications

• Six years of administrative staff or professional work experience (or equivalent education/military service substitutions)
• Experience supervising professional and/or administrative support staff, including assigning work and coaching employees
• Experience interpreting and applying policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in a professional environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex administrative information
• Experience tracking assignments, deadlines, and operational activities using spreadsheets or automated systems
• Experience analyzing operational issues and recommending solutions to management
