Qualifications

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an assistant
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative HR experience
• Experience scheduling meetings and travel, planning events, and preparing expense reports

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Senior Management, coordinating priorities and communications
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and create presentations and reports
• Support HR tasks including onboarding paperwork and employee records
• Coordinate projects across departments and ensure timely completion
• Handle sensitive or confidential matters with professionalism
