Qualifications

• Requires ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience as a senior manager in a medical practice or healthcare organization, including seven (7) years of management experience.
• Experience leading administrative operations in an academic medical center is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall administrative management and coordination for the department.
• Coordinate the compilation and preparation of operational reports and analyses with progress, trends and recommendations.
• Oversee faculty compensation, HR processes, and space/equipment planning.
• Direct and supervise staff and manage personnel activities across two systems.
• Lead governance, planning, and marketing initiatives to advance departmental priorities.
• Represent the department to internal and external stakeholders.
