Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Additive Technician to lead advanced additive manufacturing activities in product development. You will operate and optimize multiple platforms, from SLS to DMLS, while collaborating with engineers on rapid prototyping and validation.

You will train technicians, improve processes, and help drive innovation in a fast-paced lab environment at our Wisconsin facility. A strong hands-on background and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience in additive manufacturing.
Experience with powder-, resin-, and extrusion-based technologies.
Ability to set up and operate machining equipment.
Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Operate and optimize multiple additive manufacturing platforms.
Prepare, schedule, and monitor builds for quality and on-time delivery.
Perform post-processing like depowdering, curing, finishing, and inspection.
Troubleshoot equipment and maintain systems.
Collaborate with engineering on design validation and prototyping.
